Water Garden Car Park is a council owned and operated two storey car park between Leighton Buzzard Road and the River Gade, Hemel Hempstead.

Access to the Water Gardens Car Park North is from Combe Street and Leighton Buzzard Road, with exits on Bridge Street and Leighton Buzzard Road. The site occupies a central location within the town centre, halfway between the Old Town to the north and the primary retail area to the south.
