Site Description

This key gateway is situated in close proximity to Hemel town centre, with access to Heath Park and frontage onto the Grand Union Canal. The site lends itself to mixed-use development and has the potential to introduce a landmark building up to 16 storeys. A masterplan is needed to fully optimise the opportunities emerging from the site.
